For some additional 1920s content, we turn to this 1923 silent adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" featuring Russell Thorndike as Scrooge.
This British production runs about 27 minutes, so it doesn't have a ton of time to tell the story. So, what's always of interest to me is what they did with the time allotted and what visual effects are used.
