National Enterprise Association - "A Christmas Carol" (1950) - Part 2

If you got to read those strip's from NEA's 1950 comic strip adaptation of "A Christmas Carol," I'm sure you'll agree that Walt Scott did a great job with the artwork!

Walt Scott (1894-1970) was a prolific cartoonist who did a lot of work for the National Enterprise Association, including the long-running newspaper strip "The Little People" before and after a stint working for Walt Disney in the late 1930s.

I like his artwork on this comic strip adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" quite a bit. The characters are very expressive, which I think is important, as there are no word balloons, just text.

The "script" is pretty faithful, if fast-paced. I think here things work just fine, as we're all famialiar with the story and it's fun to see various plot points visualized.

Good work all around!
